Consistently good experience
Been with Acme for a while now and it just works. Execution is dependable, the platform rarely has downtime, and the few support tickets I raised were handled quickly and professionally.
Tight spreads, fast support
Everything I want from a broker. The spreads during London session are excellent and I have never waited more than a day for a withdrawal. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate.
Support was slow on a payout query
Trading side is fine but I had a withdrawal that took four days and chasing it was frustrating. It was eventually resolved and the rep was polite, but the wait knocked my confidence a bit.

Pricing and execution on desktop are great. The mobile app is a little behind and crashed on me twice this month. If they polish the app this is an easy five stars from me.
