These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.mytradingreviews.com (the “Site”), operated by MyTradingReviews (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What We Do

MyTradingReviews publishes independent reviews, rankings, comparisons, and educational content about online brokers. Our content is editorial in nature and provided for general information only.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing should be read as a recommendation to open an account, trade any instrument, or adopt any strategy. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A high percentage of retail investor accounts lose money. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on the Site — typically “Visit Broker”, “Open Account”, and offer buttons — are affiliate links. If you click them and open an account, we may earn a commission from the broker at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our scores, rankings, or editorial conclusions, which are produced independently by our review team.

4. Accuracy of Information

Broker conditions — spreads, fees, leverage, regulation, platforms, promotions — change frequently. We work to keep data current, but we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or up to date at the moment you read it. Always verify the current conditions directly with the broker before opening an account.

5. User Content

By submitting a review, rating, comment, or nomination you agree that:

  • your submission reflects your genuine experience or opinion;
  • it contains no unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or promotional material;
  • we may publish, edit, moderate, or remove it at our discretion; and
  • you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site.

We may remove content and restrict access for users who attempt to manipulate scores, votes, or reviews.

6. Intellectual Property

All editorial content, scores, methodology, branding, and design on the Site are owned by or licensed to MyTradingReviews. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; republishing substantial portions without permission is not allowed. Broker names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated harvesting of Site content or data.
  • No attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
  • No use of the Site for unlawful purposes.

8. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to brokers and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, services, or how they handle your data. Your dealings with any broker are solely between you and that broker.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTradingReviews is not liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses — arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or your dealings with any broker featured on it. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
